This morning I rang comsec full of huff and puff about having to use the new Iress... long story short.
A great person by the name of Mark helped me uninstall a few old programs (Java and Firefox) and help me to re-install the newer versions of same. Helped me set the right settings on my computer so Iress would run 100% and not import old vista settings... its a must do
Then again helped me download Iress and get the basic's started. Even gave me a months complimentary free access to Iress...then to top it off he is calling me tomorrow to polish my platform after I have attempted to set it up for my own personal use.
Well done COMSEC and a BIG THANK YOU....there is no way I would have continued with Comsec (I'm now with IG Markets) without this help....so give Mark a call if you would like the same kind of success.
