I'm not aware of that particular problem but generally CommSec service and software have been flaky this past week. Pro Trader 1 has been running slow or failing to initialise. Feels like service standards are sliding back towards the dark days of January. Their IT department seems to be either under-funded, under-staffed or simply inept.
