Is it just me or is Comsec Marginn Lending absolutely useless?...

Is it just me or is Comsec Marginn Lending absolutely useless? The website seems to reflect nothing about the reality of your account and when you call Comsec you are very lucky if you get to talk with someone in less than 15 minutes..if you are holding managed funds then it can take 2 to 3 weeks before a redemption or purchase shows up on your account correctly..makes me wonder how they calculate the correct interest...these guys are absolutely hopeless..does anyone else have similar problems...would love to change to Macqaurie but seems to be too much of a hassle now...
