Under the current market conditions (02/07/2008 15:48)Comsec refused to place a sell order at 25.5c per share on EQX. Comsec claims that placing an order at 25.5c may create instability in the market. Comsec further implied that irrespective of a customers direct order (via internet or phone)to place the sell order, they would most likely not place the order on the market for the same reason. Comsec stated that they may face a fine should the order be placed on the market. They further implied that no other brokers would be likely to place the same order on the market. Comsec also implied that while they do not have inadequate staffing numbers to review customers orders in a timely fashion they do have too many orders to get though such that their customers orders may not get reviewed and placed on market that trading day....lol

Extrapolated inference:
In order to stop market manipulation we must first manipulate the market... for the greater good"....lol

mmm Gotta ask how the 0.09c buy order got on there and how the stacking 40+ sell orders got there. Maybe stacking isn't the same type of manipulation as a pizzley 2k order at the head of the pack.
