I've had the new commsec for a while and have had no problems (Firefox browser) other than occasional delay for pdf.
The changeover did not require any new member or account number. However I did have to change password originally (contacted commsec to verify that was the case) and upgrade security questions recently.
Not impressed by the 'quiet' change of interest rate.
Other than that, it's just a matter of relocating where information is, no big thing, just a pain getting used to a new format.
