In the current case, a sample of high volume day traders on comsec's user base ( say 20 or 30) which would take a few minutes for comsec to be able to select from trading records could have been asked to review and comment on any proposed change. I always wonder whether changes are made by backroom people who are not themselves active traders and don't necessarily therefore understand what traders really need
