TPM has merged with Vodafone Hutchison Australia to create TPG.

You will receive 1 share of TPG for every share of TPM you owned.
You will also receive a dividend of 49 cents for each share of TPM you owned.
You will also receive 1 share of TUA for every 2 shares of TPM you owned. TUA is a new entity which contains TPM's Singapore operations.

The TPG and TUA shares will appear in your trading account on or before the 14th of July. The dividend will appear on the 14th.
