if you know you're right then demand it. don't mess about.
they are not human after all. they'll blame it, onto 'their system' lol.
if they haggle and won't reverse the fee then tell them you'll report your experience on hc (tell them teddy reads hc - that should pee them orf - who's ted he he) and then post on here. positive or negative.
40's had back some 5 fees from anz this yr alone. a good client is worth his fees back.
if all else fails then go to bell potts or bell direct.
