radge if i wanted my orders to go through in minutes id use a full sevice broker, I use online as it supposed to be instant, etrade rarely seems to have these problems, last thing a active trader needs is a order stopped for minutes especially on a volatile stock, in the end the issue is with commsec who have to get the order to market as quick as possible, there excuses mean nothing when the customer pays for it.
as for broking accounts are free, when you do $50,000+ in brokerage a year its hardly free, your brokerage is paying for the sevice..
lol crarg not really, it didnt matter what size order I placed the order got stuck
