I will confuse you a bit more comsec work on a contra settlement.
Buy = T+1 so if you buy today you can sell any stock you hold as chess with them on monday and they will ofset the difference.
Sell= T+2 sell today and any buys until tuesday will be ofset as you can see in there favour.
Call or check the website this is how it works so you dont have to sell the same stock as is the case with T+3 settlements, it may be possible to set your account as T+3 with them but you would have to check with them.
