The process as Comsec technical support is quite hilarious. Firstly a Customer emails Technical Support with print screens of a problem as the experts take no phone calls. The Technical Support gurus in their wisdom email the Customer to advise the problem is resolved when in fact the Customer is still having the problem and the Customer is still awaiting on some Technical Support. Five stars to the manager of the Technical Support team at Comsec for allowing this business process.
