Why have halcon farmed out our property to Comstock?
Comstock are now claiming the Curlington 1A well as a new well on their land. Do the other 4 wells drilled by Halcon now come under this farmout agreement. I wonder if slow completions of Kaiser, Nemo and Red bud were due to negotiations taking place between Halcon and Comstock. I agree with Gassed that there should be a bit of clarity from Akk as the exact situation.
