commsec professional trader fails to show executed Free brokerage for a few weeks sure seems attractive, but is it worth it?

I listed AGL to sell at $10.84 and could not see executed order in Comsec Professional Trader, so I then dumped them at $10.60. Then I though let me check in the run of the mill online Comsec and sure enough I was able to locate the print the Sell Contract for $10.84. Checked on the Comsec Professional Trader again and this executed order at $10.84 was still not showing. Have I now sold something I do not hold - who knows???

Mmmm I am unsure what I have sold or hold anymore, in fact I am too scared to trade now. Nice one Comsec. Of course when I tried to telephone I held for a few minutes each time then gave up and emailed them.

Comsec Professional Trader is also failing to show my balance of funds in the bank account which was linked to TD Waterhouse Frequent Trader.

Must be time to go on holiday again somewhere warm and tropical.
