Mgt realises share price is highly undervalued by market and willing to do more, possibly to help market realise the potential and value. Ie. Cash with them is around 50% of mkt value and all the company assets are worth is only 35 cents. They realise there is a disconnect by market on its potential.
Cash cost increase is temporary.
