con notes etc

sp does not seem 2 b recovering from recent weakness, very disapointing, expected a bit more bounce. I noted with interest comments by deadknick re con notes and options, had to wade thru old asx announcements and even dusted of my copy of the prospectus to see what he is on about.
It seems a bit mischievous to suggest that Co will be unable to repay cn holders ( sum of which mature mid next year, happy 2 b corrected on dates) when at the very worst they have access to plenty of funds thru US$20 m revolving credit facility, not to mention increasing revenue from development of current assets.
I personally am happier to see Co issue con notes to raise funds rather than diluting shareholders with the issue of more paper.
As for the 10m options issued to promoters prior to listing, the prospectus states that these are held in escrow for 2 years, and as they are in the hands of the guys running the Co ( not 3rd parties ) i cant see why that would be an issue.I can understand that if options were in 3rd party hands and not subject to escrow that this may b of concern, but this is apparently not the case.
