Thanks for the simple explanation. Much easier to understand. Could you also help clarify if I’m understanding this correctly, from fridays conversion of 282,000 tranche D con notes into 53,002,452 shares, does that mean it was converted at a price of 0.0053c?

If so that is very low or is my calculations incorrect?
Are we also expecting this 53mill shares available on the market from today or was it from 17/11?

If so I’m hoping the holders would have some steady feet and not panic sell
