ahhh, darn it... you may be right, could have huge implications and could explain the T/H this morning, but quite a long time after that announcement... this would not be good for Tiger, and they should have advised the Market of this implication sooner... i'm think I should kiss goodbye $$, high risk jurisdiction, high risk investment, live and learn!
