jeez its good they are in trading halt or it would have been disastrous,

they export it to Zambia so this would affect them. I would imagine there are smelters in Congo otherwise the DRC would not have imposed a ban. It would seem like they have 4 days to reach a plan with the DRC Smelter and shift the contract. Logic would assume DRC has spare smelter capacity and hence why they are requesting the ban.
