management is v v important despite the claims about how good the product - been burnt on ama and brt due to incompetent management but seemingly very prospective underlying businesses - don't know enough about this mob but a clear strategy and taking the proper steps to implement it are critical and avoiding related party stuff which always smells a bit... playing round with the micros is high risk high reward so getting comfortable with mgmt is vital. good luck - imo this co. has big potential but s'holder value may take time to restore.
