concentration of shareholding

After looking through the Entitlement Issue Prospectus & the recent Annual Report it reinforced to me the idea that the Forrest guys have a big stake in making this into something, as you'll read in the prospectus, their combined holding now (pre-entitlement or underwriting take up) is 61,069,399 shares (approx 11.75%). Putting that into perspective, Holloman now has 60m (approx 11.71%) & Jones 38m pre entitlement (approx 7.5%). Add in JR & Steinepreis (15m + 23.7m pre entitlement) & thats another 38m (another 7.5%). Huge holdings concentrated in a just a few hands - in total about 38.5%. I hadn't looked at it quite like that before. I think a few people are very keen to see this move up. Don't forget, the Forrest Capital boys have underwritten the issue so chances are is that their holding, both in # & %, will rise significantly soon.
