I just rang ESG only to get an answering machine, a company with market cap>600M, cant afford a human to answer the phone, how amateur!
hardmano might be wise to wait a month before buying back.
If DC thinks ESG is worth >$2B, his doing a poor job of selling his message.
It would be good to get a copy of the concept plan, is there any way of viewing it?

STO must be rubbing there hands to pick this up at 60c what a bargain, if they can pick up 40-50% of ESG, who cares what the board thinks, who has more experience, ESG or STO in commercializing CSG. DC must act quikly or he will lose control of ESG soon!
