Its entirely in the hands of NSW Planning as to when it is released. I believe that a preliminary assessment and the issuing of "Director General's Requirements" (mostly to do with requirements for environmental assessment) are needed before it can be released. ESG has done its bit and submitted it 4 weeks ago and DC seemed proud of the document at the AGM. So now we wait for the NSW government bureaucracy to do its thing ... yawn ... isn't it morning tea time???
