It could well be that. Between that, and the complete lack of belief by the market in the company's tech offering, it'd probably explain the share price weakness.
The lack of belief in the product probably explains the discount to cash backing, since if their product is a dud then it doesn't really matter how big the discount to cash backing is when all the money will go towards this dud product.
I just wonder if the market has swung too far towards negativity and not factored in prospects of the company getting taken private. It's a scenario that appears to be completely discounted by the market right now. But for me, I just can't see how The Lowy's would just sit idly by and let this crash and burn, tarnishing an otherwise stellar corporate legacy.
