I think the market has very little idea of the prospectivity or not of the product line...….it needs to be educated and I expect over time that will happen as they get runs on the board.
this is a classic case of a spinout where 50%+ of the shareholders cannot/willnot own the stock and must sell as they are mandated to REITs......create very interesting technical
