Yes, more NPA's would certainly help. Hopefully they've been signing up new ones over the past 2 months, and just haven't announced them because they haven't felt they are material.
Yeah, it's probably a waste of time to focus on the share price. it's pure speculation of course, and not a productive use of time. But because there's just so little to go on in trying to obtain a firm, reliable estimate of the intrinsic value of OMN, it becomes very tempting to defer to the share price for this. Gotta use some self discipline for this one I think.
