I would also add the CDV guys aren't mine operators....someone will gobble this within a year (more likely than within 'the' year but this calendar year can't be discounted......).

It all comes down to what's a reasonable multiple for an acquirer to pay. And given Canada is well aware of little old CDV and there are plenty of acquirers hungry for good quality deposits in good jurisdictions (which I think we have here) - multiple potential buyers should maximise the takeout price?

I'd be greedy and want USD 150 - 200/oz. More if gold really runs.....just my thoughts.
