With regard to the decision on ARC’s we have a small inbuilt buffer as they have been excluded from the accounts. I understood the decision from the courts was due in October but I see no news on this, does anyone have any insight in the point?
On another point I have a concern regarding the debt/equity spread with the company which is uncomfortably high. As 100% of profits are paid out as dividends this also negates the option of deleveraging going forward and this does seem a significant systemic flaw in the model. I would appreciate further views on these points should anyone wish to share.
