Do we need a costly management machinery (3M+staff costs?) to engage consultants, contractors, farmout partners?
Do we need to keep all trained staff and team, experts in oil production for what we have been doing for the past 2 years while there was no oil production?
What are the minimum requirements till Oil revenues from Ungani, Mars, Rafael Shallow is on line? Possibly we need to stand on our foot before we may try to walk or run. We could do it because of the resources we hold.
