I have just looked up the 2012 annual report page 46
I note there are 4376 shareholders
let's see; if we do the maths and you take up five minutes of the management time to get your personal assurance and everybody does the same we have expended 364 hours.
I can't think of a greater waste of management time.

About once a year I visit the plant when in Newcastle and look over the fence.
The progress of the plant is always as they have indicated in the quarterlies.
