....as the Company has been so confident with their most recent announcements that the plant will be completed on time, they do have sufficient funds for this completion to occur and also there are sufficient funds to defend the pending Kronos court action, this should happen.
Should it be that there will be further delays and there is for some reason insufficient funds in the bank, then heads should and must roll. Nothing less than this is, would be and should be acceptable to shareholders.
As we have heard no further news from the Company on this matter then I can only trust that all is going well, on a timely basis, and will be completed on time.
