The step up to 3.5 mtpa is made with minimal cap ex and if they can hit the target the sp will look after itself. The next step up is a different matter with hardly any of their gear suitable for the larger production hence the large expenditure in that year. However as has been said several times they keep hitting the targets despite cyclones bad weather etc. All we need now is an upgrade in the resource and a solution to the trade war
