You've omitted one significant fact, NG is not running the company anymore, Mike Botting is CEO.

So in effect all your concerns (some valid and some not imo) have been addressed but the appointment of a new and very experienced mining engineer as CEO of MCO.

Sure NG is still chairman of the board and rightfully so.

Another issue mentioned recently is the "comissioning issue" I'd put it that plant comissioning was well and truely finished months ago. We have a new high speed high capacity winder to comission and get signed off as safe. This will take a couple of weeks I'd think. Then they can start to build into stoping good HG ore. I'd expect a gradual build up of production over 2-3 months as they refine production with the correct technique to minimise dilution or ore.
