A quick look at Sayona Mining Board & Management Team you see:

James Brown
Has 40 years mining engineer exp, cool. Operated Morella 14 yrs, cool never heard of it? Is it a big successful company? Doesn't really list what he achieved there.

Also states he "sourced, developed and operated key global projects with a focus on lithium and battery minerals. What are these other projects? Are they successful or have they since ceased operation and now he is here?

Hes also now the stand in CEO.

So, from the above I can already determine hes not qualified enough to take us downstream as nothing he presents here shows hes successful at starting up a lithium operation and managing it into downstream processing. He doesnt state he is, glad hes only interim.

Paul - Accountant, cool.
Philip - Lawyer, cool.
Allan Buckler - Not sure why we need another mine experience manager/director/coo, if we have JB in this role. Simply carried over from Altura???

So, where is the experience in lithium industry? Any of them have contacts regarding offtaking our product or potentially securing us a new part owner?
Any of them have experience in how to set up the lithium plant and get it to production.

This is why this component is being put on the back burner. They can use waiting on drill reports, pfs and dfs all they like. They simply, do not have the experience required to get NAL carb up and running.

A board reshuffle is definitely needed and no more "golden parachutes".

We need SYA ceo to be steadfast regarding NAL carb as priority.

The delay in this area will mean we become one of many and when we become one of many we simply arent ahead of the game. Other larger players will simply come along and by our company out at a cheap discount and we will simply be a supplier to their existing plants. Because you know, first in best dressed....
