I spoke to Dougal 2 weeks ago and he mentioned that this was in the process of all being fixed. I think he mentioned that they have got a company that is in the process of evaluating the current B.O.D set up . As part of the process of finding and hiring/appointing the right guy to step in instead of J.B, they have to re-weight the B.O.D with more independent people from varying backgrounds (not just mining) on there to help SYA move forward and upward.
But like everything, takes time but will be worth it once the B.O D has been rebalanced !
