My concern still is the lead up events to BL moving on. Obviously it is tied up in a termination agreement with confidentiality clause but if it required him to hold his shares for an extended period post termination that is market sensitive. Any movement in his holding would be concerning. This would add wait to the questions surrounding the future direction of the company and if his ethics played a part in his resignation.
