NS: it's a frustrating, I know. The opportunity cost for the last 6 months has been pretty high, and with the topping up I've done from 10.5-13c recently I'm now not so far ahead on it. However this is one of the best small cap stories i have ever seen and the management are one's I really trust firmly. I have no doubt that they are acting in shareholder's best interests by making sure they get any acquisition done at the right price and in the right manner.

I've had further confirmation from the EPA that the work up in the Pilbra is just huge...and don't forget that TOX have Karratha ready for expansion, subject to licensing.

The TDU business is something that I am looking at quite closely...it is slightly concerning that the income from this form of business is very lumpy. But if I was a client with a $5-10m clean up to do I sure would work hard to examine all the possible options before coming to the inevitable conclusion that TOX has the most cost-effective solution available.

SO: I keep repeating to myself "fortune favours the patient". We'll see this thing at 30c about this time of year two year's down the track. Then we'll se a lot happen as TOX starts to pay dividends and has the $100m+ m cap to get other funds interested.

On the investor relations thing: don't forget that they went through an extraordinary unusal frenzy leading up to Christmas last year so perhaps our expectations of newsflow needs to be toned down a touch. They'll have a quarterly out in July that I'm sure will make us very happy on top of any acquisiton announcements that they make by then.

Hang in there...perhaps just smell the roses for a little while! For example: I've been having fun with BHP put options to tide me over, hence my lack of discussion on this board.
