Concerns Regarding Upcoming AGM and Subsequent Meeting Notice

In the nutshell, Gavin Argyle has nominated himself as a director for the upcoming AGM and has also submitted a 249D notice to convene another meeting just one day after the AGM to vote on the same matter again.
This redundancy is clearly stated in the notice of the general meeting (page 3) and raises serious questions about the Argyle family's commitment to considering the interests of other shareholders. Conducting this additional meeting not only appears unnecessary but also burdens shareholders with added costs and time. It reflects a desperate attempt by Mr. Argyle to regain control of "his family business," disregarding the broader implications for all shareholders involved.
