I also forgot to add that the appointment of the Deutsche Bank is another confidence booster.

As for the Physchic, at the risk of losing any creditability that i may of have, and at the risk of becoming a living joke, I will tell you the story. Back in about May 2008 my girlfriend decided she wanted to go and see this Physchic, that her friends at work had all seen and were impressed by. Being the sceptic, and the fact that she was charging $180, I was reluctant to suport my girlfriends intentions to book an appointment, but her being her, and with most things in life, she decided to pay no attention to me.

So she goes along to this appointment, and was astounded by how accurate she was on certain things. Anyway, she started relaying off a couple of things that were said during the appointment, and being such a vocal sceptic before the appointment, I was relucant to be impressed and tried to punch holes in everything. But there were just so many accuracies, that I ended up becoming a bit more opened minded about the whole thing.

While she was in there, my father's spirit ended up coming through to the physchic and there were a couple of things that were bought up, which could not have been explained in any other way then his spirit being present.

Amongst other things, my girlfriend asked the Physchic how our investments were going to go, as we had just started investing in managed funds. The Physchic beat about the bush a bit saying that they were going to go ok. After a while she then came back to it and said that Brian (My old man) was coming through again and was saying that I was going to invest in a company and do very well from it. She couldnt tell what company it was from what he was showing her, however she rattled off "Iron Ore, Perth, Sun Dance".

When my girlfriend was telling me that part, I was thinking, yeah right. I know nothing about Iron Ore, never been to Perth and what the hell was that Sun Dance rubbish all about. On top of this, I was also thinking, I am probably a bit of a mug, but I am not a big enough mug to purchase shares off a tip from a phsychic.

I was sitting at work that day, and curiosity ended up getting the better of me, so I googled "Iron Ore Perth Sun dance" and up popped Sundance Resources, Iron Ore Explorer based in Perth".

I immediatly thought, here we go the Physchic saw my girlfriend coming. The phsychic is either heavily invested in the stock herself, or she just plucked it from the paper that morning. I was reluctant to purchase any of the shares, but decided to do some research into the company and the more I researched it the more I liked it.

I was thinking about the physchic later that day, and I was trying to make sense of it all. I did some research on her, and found out that she had done work for the police force before, she had a magazine column, she was once rated Australia's top physchic. So my questions where:

    - She has done work with the police force in some States. Why would the police force go anywhere near her unless they were confident she has some sort of powers.

    - She must be half decent if people are willing to pay $180. I could set up my own physchic business and charge $180, however I doubt I would be getting any referrels or repeat business.

    - What did she have to gain, and if she was dodgy, why would she record the entire appointment on CD?

    - How do you bluff your way to becoming Australia's top physchic?

After thinking about it for a while, I came to two conclusions:

    A) She was either the most amazing con artist.

    or

    B) She genuinly had some sort of physchic powers

I wanted to chose A), however the more I thought about it, the more everything was pointing to B).

After I had researched SDL some more, I decided it was time to make a decision as to whether I buy shares or not and I thought to myself "What would I least prefer".

    1. To cop the tip like a mug and do my money cold
    2. To not cop the tip, and see the share price go through the roof, to leave me wondering about what could have been.

I thought to myself, I think I would rather do my money cold, then risk seeing it rise without me, so I bit the bullet and decided to invest in it.
