    How does the company appoint this fellow Robert Edge to the position of CEO in the first place then allow him to be company secretary also.

    This is NOT good governance. Have a look at recent news articles on this fellow, he is lucky to be allowed on any board let alone have so much power.

    Recent position at International Allsports (IAS) is a good place to start a bit of research.

    Any holders with thoughts???
