I don't think it has mate. I found it a couple of weeks ago, but have been so busy that I forgot to post it until yesterday.

I always look at peoples boots as an indication of how hands on they are and how hard they work. Doesn't always translate, but I've used it to determine who gets a job before, when I've been struggling to decide between two candidates. I wasn't disappointed with the choice I made.

It speaks to me about Mark's personality and priorities that he's not wearing spotless fancy boots and they don't get that dirty and worn without some hard work having been done.
