One of the items mentioned in the Qtrly Report, namely.....

"In addition to this MKY has been looking for additional quality projects for possible acquisition in a time when much of the market is looking to rationalise their project position to reduce the demands on their diminishing cash reserves."

......could provide a clue to possible good news???

Is there a "quality project for possible acquistion" on the MKY drawing board? We have $3m in the kitty - hardly a mountain of cash and this will also diminish with Delminco deal. But we will have AEC as a major shareholder and they are well connected.

Another interesting thing was mentioned in the "MKY is opening Melbourne office and that the registered office would move also" announcement...........

"The company’s registered office will continue to be the Subiaco address but it is anticipated that this will be moved to the Melbourne office at some point in the future.
This is an important step in the development of MKY into a higher profile more dynamic exploration company. This will provide MKY with access to the technical and investment communities of south eastern parts of Australia and is one of a number of steps MKY is taking to dramatically raise its profile."

So, MKY wants to be close to technical & investment communities of SE Aust......but their core business is in Far North Qld - wouldn't you think the office is better off up in Brisbane?

So, what's is this all about???? AEC is very prominent in Victoria in Latrobe Valley.
