BuddyBoy - you mentioned 'research'. In a lot of cases its just 'speculation', which the company has continually failed to live up to. Many posters are just getting a bit tired of all the positive spin, none of which has come to fruition.

A positive attitude is indeed a wonderful thing, but it isn't going to get you anywhere when dealing with shonky management.
