Maybe he or she was a former shareholder who paid $5 way back , if after all the announcements you still think theres too muck risk just sell. Nobody has a crystal ball you can just dyor and come to your own conclusions.

Pss , In the current global circumstances I honestly think 13.5 is ok considering .We could easily be in the mid single digets like alot of others in the same boat , however imo most investors are seeing the bigger picture and not here for a quick buck. It's being traded but certainly not manipulated
