Concerns

After a few discussions with Mark over the past few months I am concerned by Mark’s leadership and suspect he’s deliberately stalling to force a cheap takeover or administration, potentially to secure a lucrative role with a new entity.

These are my observations and concerns:

No Drive, No Strategy: No marketing specialist hired, no effort to leverage tools like ChatGPT (which I suggested), and zero initiative to tag social media posts on the housing crisis or labour shortages—obvious opportunities to boost our visibility at minimal cost.

* ShareholdersAppearing to be doing more to keep FBR out of administration or takeover -

* Shareholders have organized meetings with government officials to keep the company afloat, yet Mark doesn't appear to show enthusiasm or energy in promoting FBR!

Why does it appear that shareholders are working with more urgency than management to avoid administration or takeover.

Mark’s appeared lack of effort raises red flags.

Some serious questions to ask:

If pushing for administration - can Mark's mates business accosciates buy IP for a song and later hire Mark and select team to run the business?
Is this why Mark doesn't appear to be pushing things as he will benefit long term regardless?

Is he positioning the company for a low-ball takeover or IP sale to benefit himself and a few associates? Why pay 5cents a share when you can get the whole business for 1 cent a share ? Imagine the millions of dollars in savings?
And of course nothing stopping Mark for getting hired by the new company on a lucrative deal as a "consultant" etc ?

All IMO - But feel these questions need to be asked and rather urgently!
Our board need to ensure they are doing everything to ensure shareholders are NOT going to be screwed over!
