The future all comes back to the DOD view as to the national security considerations on who has control of the IP - IMO the situation got too complex and the equity too diluted leading to the voluntary administration which would allow a capital reconstruction according to recognized procedures or an orderly winding up of the company and controlled transfer of the IP to hands considered appropriate by the holders of eminent domain.

Whether we as shareholders and note holders get anything ? About as likely as Abbott and Gillaird agreeing on the carbon tax IMO.
