    Yeah Sergeant that's why I think it is bad news for us holders as to him it does not matter how long it takes him now as the stay remains in-place and that is no different to his ruling.

    We should have developed the Lime Mine rather than sell it as where to from here?? Back to the Island Resort me thinks for the directors...
