The only thing I would expand on is "... how they will help restore investor confidence."
The last thing we should want is to be falsely reassured again, like we were regarding the outcome of the last court case.
The company should give us all the available information, without fear or favor, and let us make up our own minds. In light of recent events they owe us that much.
