There is a saying in the country where I come from:

If you were cheated once, you blame the liar; if you were cheated twice by the same liar, you have yourself to blame.

Let me summarize a few inconsistencies and lies made by JH and CS:

1. They claimed they can easily finance the $200m short term debt before they joined the board, has anyone seen that capability?

2. They claimed that they will work together to move OCV forward, now clearly JH is not working on behalf for OCV, isn't it a change too fast? doesn't it raise your eye browse?

3. The $600m FUM claim in my view is a sham, please refer to needle's post; When the Wellington option granted, they can go out claiming they have $1.37b FUM (600m + 770m PIF alone) to fool more people;

4. The police raid at QLD and court case pending as media suggested is not something you can brush aside lightly;

5. What previous board did maybe is imcompetency and misjudgement, what they did is done and can not be undone; But we have the opportunity to stop what is happening right in front of us now.
