People who think to lift share price is the only way/best way for CS are wrong.

Let's say I own 10% of your house, you own 90%. One way to help my interest is to sell it at high price (equivalent to push up share price);

Another way is I talk down and push down the price (when I have control in this case CS is in control), and I sell the house at price far below value to my associate (of course there will be a deal between myself and my associate, later he/she will share the profit with me). What do you get? very little.

Worse still, this is not even a sell. If it is a true sell, the buyer takes away the liability (risk) along with the assets. THIS IS A OPTION. Wellington take away the benefit/upside but not the down side.
