Buc,
Interesting how you are able to judge my motivations. I wish I had the talent to mind read. Too bad you do not know what you are talking about.
Regardless of our motivations (each of us have our own), it will not change our course of action. We will continue to work diligently to make sure that EVERY single condition in the CUP and any future permits are strictly adhered to. We are monitoring the progress of this project and Black Range will not be able to hide any non-compliance if it occurs. It is in the best interest of Black Range and its investors to make sure that Black Range meets and/or exceed every requirement and rule. Otherwise, you can expect us to continue to slow down or even de-rail the progress of this project.
We have successfully worked with the state to put in more stringent requirements on mining operations, so our scope has reached well beyond the Taylor/Hansen project.
Just so you know, as far as I am concerned, we have already had a victory on this particular issue. Black Range is now getting water from a legitimate source (they are now trucking in water they are purchasing in Canon), so our actions have already resulted in protecting Fear Creek from the illegal extraction of water that was taking place (as documented by the water commissioner), which is more important than ever given the extremely dry conditions. There is no telling how long this would have continued if it had not been for our diligence in monitoring the CUP conditions.
Lastly, thanks for the investment advice, but I don't invest in high risk penny stocks.
